2023-2026 Strategic Plan Update

The Strategic Plan is the guiding document for the Town that defines the community’s vision for the future, and sets the goals and objectives to achieve that vision. The draft 2023-2026 Strategic Plan [PDF - 527 KB] was presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on Tuesday, March 12, and is now available for the public to review and provide feedback.

The draft 2023-2026 Strategic Plan is available online [PDF - 527 KB] or at Town Hall, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm (excluding statutory holidays). Anyone wishing to provide comments regarding the draft 2023-2026 Strategic Plan may do so in writing by April 8, 2024:

Following collection of feedback, the Plan will return to the regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, April 16 for deliberation and approval.
