Portage Park Work Party - June 15

You are invited to join the Portage Park Work Party to help remove invasive plants and save trees in Portage Park!

When: Sunday, June 15
Time: 10:30am - 2:30pm (picnic at 1:30pm)
Where: Portage Park (behind Town Hall - 45 View Royal Avenue)

A special volunteer appreciation picnic will also take place, so it is a great day to come participate, meet the long-term volunteers and learn more about this restoration project!

Special surprises to all the Dads that attend as it is Fathers Day. What a nice way to spend part of the day with Dad! Please meet in the lower parking lot; if you arrive after 10:30am, we will be working down the staircase and to the right down the path. Equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own clippers and loppers. Bring a mug as there will be refreshments served!
