Each Canada Day, the Town of View Royal hosts a vibrant, family-friendly celebration that brings the community together in honour of Canada’s birthday. Set against the historic backdrop of Craigflower Manor, this annual event features live entertainment, cultural displays, and fun activities for all ages.
Canada Day 2025
This year’s festivities take place on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, in partnership with the Victoria Highland Games Association.
What to Expect
Enjoy a full day of activities and entertainment, including:

Traditional Highland Games demonstrations

Face painting and a balloon clown for the kids

Guided tours of the historic Craigflower Manor

Want to be part of the action? We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this annual event a success! Volunteers assist with a variety of tasks including event setup and takedown, greeting guests, supporting activity areas, and more. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the community, gain experience, and be part of a meaningful celebration.
