Public Engagement Sessions to Address Barriers to Accessibility

In collaboration with the Capital West Accessibility Advisory Committee (CWAAC) including seven municipalities - Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Esquimalt, Highlands, Sooke, and Metchosin – Changing Paces is excited to announce a series of public engagement sessions designed to address barriers to accessibility within our communities. These sessions will gather valuable input from people with disabilities and accessibility advocates to improve accessibility in employment and service delivery domains. 

  • Session 1: July 16, 2024, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (virtual via Zoom) Register
  • Session 2: July 18, 2024, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (virtual via Zoom) Register
  • Session 3: July 22, 2024, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, Colwood City Hall, 3300 Wishart Rd, Victoria
  • Session 4: July 23, 2024, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Langford Legion, 761 Station Ave, Victoria
  • Session 5: July 25, 2024, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion, 1070 Tillicum Rd, Victoria
  • Session 6: July 26, 2024, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, WorkBC Centre Sooke, 2096 Church Rd, Sooke
