Parks

View Royal boasts an abundance of community and neighbourhood parks, scenic trails, harbour accesses, and walking paths, contributing to the Town's mandate for a liveable, green and sustainable community.

A part of the Engineering Department, the Parks Section oversees the maintenance of the Town's parks, trails, buildings and open spaces. The Parks Section is responsible for:

  • Building maintenance
  • Facility rentals
  • Trail maintenance
  • Park maintenance
  • Tree Removal and Alteration Permits
